Short and Sweet Routine 14: DanPadilla’s Total thigh Program as told to Joe Weider

1). Leg extensions - Five sets of 15 reps with 80 pounds
2). The squat - Danny does full squats. He begins with a warm up set using 135 pounds for 15 reps. He then increases the weight to 225 pounds for 12 reps. For his third and final set Danny squats with 350 pounds for 11 reps.
3). Leg press on the leg press machine - Danny does five sets of 12 reps with 350 pounds.
4). Hack squats are done for five sets of 15 reps with 100 pounds
Dan concentrates on leg work and nothing else two days a week.
